Many of you will be aware of the changes to EU VAT regulations that have meant the closure of some digi stamp companies and others who no longer provide digital images. One of these was Whimsy Stamps, so before they withdrew the digi stamps we purchased a few.
This beautiful girl is named Hopeful.
I coloured her with Copics, as usual, then added several layers of papers.
The dies used for the pennants are from Blueprints #13.
I'm thinking of replacing one of Staci's birthday cards with this one, as I like her so much.
