Heat embossed background stamp

Good morning all, I hope you are having a good start to the week. Can you believe I still haven't made any new cards 😲 It's been almost 3 weeks now. It's a good job I had a backlog of ones to share lol.

I am really hoping that things calm down in the next couple of weeks, that I get a bit more used to my new job and start to feel a bit better. Then hopefully I may be able to accomplish something lol.

Anyway, this card is another that I made for my grandson, when he turned 11, a couple of weeks ago. I used a Hero Arts Triangle background stamp and heat embossed it with black embossing powder.

Then I used the giant Marianne Designs, Birthday die, and cut it in a satin red card. I wanted a background for the die cut, so I drew around the outside of the die, on black card and cut it out by hand.

Then I added a small tag at the top with Happy, heat embossed in white embossing powder.

I matted the panel with red and black card, then put it all on an A2 card blank. Before I gave him the card, I added Grandson on another small tag at the bottom.

Hope you like it, take care and I'll see you soon.
