I have made a really simple card today using an alcohol ink background and a square die plate from Pretty Quick. It's currently on offer at Craft Stash if you're interested.
The die cut has a Happy Birthday sentiment but I cut this out and added my own more generic greeting. I heat embossed this using Nuvo copper blush embossing powder.
The background was made a while ago and is just alcohol inks swiped on to yupo paper. The colours are espresso, ginger and caramel with a copper mixative.
I added the die cut to the inked panel then adhered both to a brown shimmer card stock from Jelly Bean.
