Home to nest 2 and 3

Good morning folks. Hope all is well with you. Today's cards are made using the rest of the bits from the Home to Nest pack that I used a couple of weeks ago for my uncle's birthday card.

There were a few different toppers and sentiments included with the pack.  And more of the little bird paper.

So I managed to get another 2 cards out of it. I just used some different card colours to go with it.

This one is just a flat card, but those little packets of seeds are cute lol.

This next one uses more decoupage pieces. Which gives the card a bit of depth.

They are both very simple designs, but I do think they are a good standby to have in for those male cards that we never have enough of !

A simple sentiment finished this one off. Hope you like them.

Take care, see you soon.

Happy Birthday Uncle Terry

Good morning folks and happy Monday. Today is our uncle's birthday (Dads brother) and it will be his first one ever without dad. Terry wasn't yet a year old when dad was born so they have never missed each others birthdays until this year. But we can't dwell or we would never achieve anything lol.

Anyway I went for a very simple card as I am really struggling with the old mojo at the min. So I used a ready made topper.

This is a Docrafts range from their latest goody bag.

And as Terry likes his garden I thought it was quite apt.

While we were dropping Terry's card off yesterday we arranged to go and see our cousin Sarah and her new little addition, at the same time. This is Seth. Isn't he just gorgeous? He is now 2 and 1/2 weeks old and he looks so tiny lol.

Anyway we had already sent pressies for Seth when Mum went to see him so this time I decided to make a little something for Sarah.

So I made her this little Amber necklace and matching earring set.

Hope you like it, Sarah did.

See you soon, take care.
