Christmas Presents by Krumspring

Good morning all, and thank goodness it's Friday. Jude's op all went well yesterday, and she is now recovering at home.

Today's card is using the gorgeous presents stamp again from Krumspring Stamps. I do like to support small businesses when possible, and when I can combine that with my love of crafting, then all is good :O))

I stamped the presents with Versamark ink and then heat embossed them with SSS Rose Gold embossing powder. Then I coloured them all in with Copic Markers and some coloured Wink of Stella pens for that added sparkle.

I decided to used a square card for a change, so I used a mat of olive card and then a textured white for the front, and rounded the corners with a 1 inch corner punch.

The sentiment is a die that I picked up at a craft show last year, but I can't remember the make!. Anyway, I cut it out of white card and then while it was still in the die, I inked through it with green ink to highlight the words.

Hope you like it, take care and I'll see you next week.

Krumspring Presents - Naughty or Nice?

Good morning all, I hope you are having a good week. Today's card is the first one I have made using a Krumspring stamp. I follow the lovely lady who designs these stamps on Instagram, and when she had a new release last month I bought this presents stamp, called Naughty or Nice to give it a try.

Now I have to save my pennies so that I can buy some more soon as they are great, they stamp brilliantly and some of the other ones available look amazing. If you haven't heard of her then head here to Maria's website and shop and take a look for yourself.

For this card, I stamped the presents with Versamark ink and then heat embossed it with Ranger Liquid Platinum embossing powder. Then I coloured it with Copic Markers in some contemporary colours, as I did a second card with more traditional colours.

I cut the image out by hand and then found a piece of Christmas paper in the stash that complimented the colours. The little Elf holding the present is an MFT stamp from last year called Santa's Elves.

I coloured him with matching colours and then cut him out with his coordinating die.

After adding the sentiment I gave the presents and Elf a once over with Wink of Stella in Silver and Clear to give it all some sparkle.

Hope you like it, take care and I'll see you next week.

Special days

Morning folks.  Another cold but bright day here.  Hope it's a good day where ever you are.

I've got another Hunkydory card to share with you again.  This is from the Furry-Tails paper craft pack.
I cut a 5x7 card down slightly and covered it with a piece of bunting paper from the set.
In the pack are lots of little toppers which all work well on cards like this.  I took a flower and stack of presents and sat them either side of the birthday sentiment.

A strip with happy birthday completes the card.
This is another from the Hunkydory magazine.  I like being able to copy the ideas when I'm struggling for inspiration.  Mr Mojo has definitely deserted me this month so my magazines are coming in very useful.
Hope you like it.  TTFN Jude xx
