Kay and Ian 2

Hello again.

This is another of the anniversary cards from earlier in the week.

The image is by Jade Dragonne on Deviant art.  I've recently discovered this fabulous artist and can see a few more of her works appearing on my cards.

I used papers from my stash and a safmat sentiment for a simply designed card - my favourite kind.

That's all for today folks.

Colouring Practice

Good morning all and welcome to the weekend. Hope you are all fit and well. I'm now recovering from a rather nasty flu bug and septic tonsillitis. Urghh, it's been horrid but I am starting to feel a little more human again. lol. Jude on the other hand has now come down with an infection and Vertigo. So she can't move very well or she falls over lol. It's not nice for her but funny for us ;o)).

Anyway as I haven't been up to much crafting I have just been doing a bit of colouring practice. It is nice just to colour sometimes. These will eventually get made in to cards but just not yet!.

These images are from All Dressed Up and coloured with Copics and Spectrum Noirs.

These ones are also All Dressed Up images coloured with Spectrums.

And this one is an image from The Stamping Chef. Isn't she gorgeous, and of course the dress had to be red and I gave her blonde hair. A real busty blonde lol.

Again I coloured her with Copics and Spectrums.

I am seeing some improvement in my colouring so I'm happy with that, but still a long way to go.

Anyway, hope you all enjoy your weekend and I'll see you soon.

Take care.

Kay and Ian

Today's card is one I made for the wedding anniversary of my niece Kayleigh and her husband Ian.

The image is another Lili if the Valley. Aren't they a cute couple?

I used a combination of flowers that pick out the colours of the image.

 The sentiment is also LOTV.

The papers are all from my scrap box.

I also decorated the inside for a change.

Hope you like it. TTFN Jude xx

Grandad

Good morning all, hope you are well and enjoying the week.

Today's card is one I made for our granddaughters to send to Alan on his birthday last week.

The image is Murphy with Present from Digistamp Boutique. I coloured him with Copics and Spectrums and then cut him out with Spellbinders Labels 29.

The papers are a mixture from the stash and the 'Grandad' is more of the chipboard words coloured with a Copic marker.

Then all it needed was a bit of brown satin ribbon and the number 60 adding and it was all finished.

Hope you like it, take care and I'll see you soon.

Mojo Monday 361

Morning all.

This card was made for Kay and Ian's wedding anniversary, using this week's sketch from Mojo Monday.

What do you think?

The image is another Lili of the Valley design and the papers are from my stash.

I wanted a decent sized sentiment but couldn't find anything I liked, until I came across this heart.  Unfortunately the edging was blue but a cocoa promarker soon took care of that problem.

You can't tell it was ever blue, can you?

So that's my card.  I am entering it into the Mojo Monday challenge, so wish me luck.

Happy Anniversary K and Ian

Good morning all, today is my daughter and son in laws 3rd wedding anniversary.  Hope you have a lovely day K and Ian xx

This is the card I made for them.

The image is from Tiddly Inks called You and Me, and I coloured it with Copics and Spectrums.

I cut it out and then chopped the corners with a scalloped circle punch.

The papers are from the Papermania Midnight Blush Collection, as is the flower rosette.

I added a Happy Anniversary sentiment and then finished the card off with some black and clear gems, and then some tiny little gems around her dress and in her hair.

Hope you like it.

Take care, see you soon.

Little boy blue

Hello again and welcome to September!
Today I have another simple male card to share.

This is a Lili of the Valley image from their Art Pad set 5, Action Time.

I layered three different blue papers and lightly distressed all the edges.

The sentiment is also LOTV.

I added my layers to a 6 x 6 card blank.

Hope you like it.
