Fairy card or (Things with wings)....

It's the name of a challenge lol. But I really liked it so I thought I would steal it for my post! Hope you are all well today, really hoping the rain stays away for the weekend and we get some good weather again.

Anyway on with today's card. This image is from a stamp set by Docrafts. It's the Midnight Fairytale collection, and the first time I've used them! I started with the image and coloured it in with promarkers and flexmarkers. Then I cut it out with scissors. The olive coloured card is an off cut I had from a 12x12 piece and it just happened to work for this card.

I cut an aperture in it and put the fairy image behind it on to a 6x6 plain white card blank. Then I used feathered ribbon down the left side and lots of flowers from my stash for the right. The top flower is a crocheted base (thanks Mum xx) with a metal flower on top. I only had one of these so I really neeeeeed some more (hint hint) ROFL.

All it needed to finish off was a couple of butterflies and a simple sentiment.

I had to put this image in too as it shows one of my very nosey cat's trying to get in the pic lol. She wouldn't move out of the way, she was fascinated by the feathers!

Anyway hope you like it. Thanks for stopping by today, see you soon.
