Morning again crafty friends. As it's the first of August it is Yorkshire Day and also Jen's unofficial birthday! Jen chose it several years ago as her 'summer' birthday as hers is in December and she feels it's too close to Christmas so isn't really a proper birthday as her gifts merge together! So by rights this is her 85th birthday - and she looks every minute of it lol! (She'll kill me for that one but it's worth it rofl)
It's been a busy week here again and it's about to get even busier. Jen's grandsons are set to visit this weekend, along with their mum, Vicky. They are a couple of whirlwinds and we'll probably be glad to go back to work next week for a rest!!
Today's offering is another of our new digis on a very simple card. I haven't added a sentiment to this as I can do that when I decide what occasion to use it for!
I started by colouring the image with Spectrum Noirs. I'm really loving the yellows and oranges just now, and they seemed just right for this lady.
The papers are from a freebie pad received with a magazine subscription and contain lots of summery prints and colours.
A neat little bow and a few hearts are all I felt she needed.
Hope you like her. TTFN Jude xx
