Baby Boy Card

Good morning all, I hope you have had a good week and are looking forward to a nice crafty, relaxing weekend.

Today's card is one I made for a new baby boy. I didn't want to go with traditional blue, so I decided on grey and yellow for a change.

For the background I used the Concord & 9th Hugs and Kisses Turnabout stamp, and inks from the Altenew Pocketful of Sunshine and Rock Collection sets. Then I cut the panel out with an MFT Stitched Rectangle die.

I used Ella and Friends from Mama Elephant for the die-cut image and sentiment, cutting the image from a silver patterned card from Tonic.

The little balloon is cut with yellow card using a WPlus9 Whole Lotta Happy die, and I stamped on the balloon using grey ink and stamps from magazine sets. Then I tied the balloon to the elephant using silver twine, and added the whole thing to a pale grey note card.

Hope you like it, take care and I'll see you soon.
